Privacy Policy
Summary
The Production Plan and Production Tracker Power BI custom visuals (the “Visuals”) do not collect, store, transmit, or share any personal or business data. All processing happens locally inside your Power BI report. The Visuals make no external network calls and contain no telemetry, advertising, or tracking of any kind.
What data the Visuals access
The Visuals only receive the data you explicitly bind to their field wells (for example product names, machine names, quantities, dates and downtime codes) and the configuration you enter in the visual (shift schedules, themes and language). This data is supplied by the Power BI host at render time and is used solely to draw the visual on your screen.
How data is handled
- No external transmission. The Visuals do not send any data to the publisher or to any third party. There are no web requests, analytics, or remote endpoints.
- No independent storage. The Visuals do not use cookies, localStorage, or any browser storage of their own. Settings you change are saved inside your own Power BI report using the standard Power BI
persistPropertieshost API, and stay within your Power BI tenant. - Local processing only. All calculations (OEE, targets, scheduling, downtime splits) run in the browser on the data already present in your report.
Data the publisher receives
When you obtain the Visuals from Microsoft AppSource, Microsoft may share standard marketplace lead information (such as your name, organization and contact details) with the publisher, as described in Microsoft's marketplace terms. This is the only information the publisher may receive, and it comes from Microsoft — not from the Visuals. The Visuals themselves transmit nothing.
Children's privacy
The Visuals are business software and are not directed at children.
